Hey everybody!!!!
I have not been on in such a long time!!!!!!!!!!!
Lets see.... so I went to Oklahoma with my mom and two dogs for Christmas. Ill do a blog about it later because it is a long story.
Anybody who has been reading my past entries knows my struggle with college right now. Well Im making some changes. After failing horribly on my finals I was put on Academic Probation...pretty cool right 
. But I have a plan! Im taking all general education courses this next quarter so that I can get my GPA back up and not be kicked out of school. ALSO Im changing my major. No more zoology for me! As much as I love zoology I just cant do it any more. Im tired of taking classes I dont need just so I can fail them after studying so hard. I right now Im looking into changing my major to Anthropology (like my fav store!) in order to get into archaeology. I may minor in Classics focusing on Roman history. Im so excited for this!! With Anthro. I only have to take three lower division classes before I can officially declare my major whereas with zoology I seriously had twenty classes most which I really did not need.
I got to finally do some shopping while on break. I bought some Bare Minerals eyeshadow which I absolutely love! I also got a pair of Steve Madden shoes that I have been eyeing forever! They were on sale but I got an additional 10% off because the suede on the shoe was a little scuffed and it was the only size 9 they had left 
I also got a couple of great dresses -one winter one spring- which I will soon have pictures of

I loved my Anthropology classes in college. I should've majored in that, too.

Hey Jess! I hear you on the classes you don't really need, those drove me crazy. I really loved my anthropology class as well, but I wouldn't be able to swing the spending years in different cultures because I want to have a family soon. Can't wait for you to start being on regularly again

Welcome back! I am sure school will work out, we all change majors. Do something you can enjoy and actually learn and use.
Oooo Jess that's awesome! That's the program I started with at Mason, anthro and archaeology! It's a hard field to break into but it's so worth it.. very exciting girl! You should start trying to find volunteer jobs now to help with your resume after you graduate.. For example there was a dig close to Mt. Vernon when I was taking those classes that I *should* have participated in, LOL. Good luck chica, come back soon!!

yeah I have. Well not offically but I am taking the classes to do so
